Join us for a 4-part education series to improve your management of high blood pressure. This program will cover the basics of hypertension and managing it through nutrition and lifestyle changes to improve your health and reduce risk of health complications of Hypertension.

Session 1

What is High Blood Pressure and Changing your Salty Habits
Tuesday, July 13 from 11:30 AM until 1:15 PM in the Sisters of St. Joseph Conference Room.

Session 2

DASH Diet and Food Label Reading
Thursday, July 22 from 11:30 AM until 1:00 PM in the Sisters of St. Joseph Conference Room.

Session 3

Don’t Buy the Salt Grocery Store Tour
Tuesday, July 27 from 11:30 AM until 1:00 PM at Super 1 Foods.

Session 4

Mastering Meals with Flavor
Thursday, August 5 from 11:30 AM until 1:00 PM in the Sisters of St. Joseph Conference Room.
