Dr. William Freeman is a board-certified Emergency Medicine physician based in Louisiana. He earned his medical degree with honors from Louisiana State University School of Medicine in New Orleans in 1994 and later a Masters in Medical Management from Tulane. He then completed his internship and residency in Emergency Medicine at LSU-Baton Rouge, spanning from 1994 to 1997.

He holds the position of Chief Medical Officer at C&M Medical Services, and also serves as the Emergency Department Director. He is affiliated with professional organizations, including being a Fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians (FACEP) and a Fellow of the American Academy of Emergency Medicine (FAAEM).

Dr. Freeman maintains clinical presence in the Baton Rouge / Prairieville area; among his practice locations is an office in Zachary, Louisiana. Through his roles, he combines administrative leadership with hands-on clinical duties in emergency care.
