Dr. Raju Vatsavai earned his Doctor of Medicine from Siddhartha Medical College in Vijayawada, India. Dr. Vatsavai completed his residency at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation in Cleveland, Ohio. He completed a clinical research fellowship with the Department of Cardiology at the Cleveland Clinic.

Dr. Vatsavai is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Assistant Professor for Tulane University School of Medicine. He recently completed an American Hospital Association sponsored Patient Safety Fellowship. He is the medical director for Hospital Medicine Group, and he recently obtained his Green Belt Lean Six Sigma Certification.
