About
Growing up in South Louisiana, Dr. Michael Ramagos received his bachelor’s degree from Southeastern Louisiana University, master’s degree from Louisiana State University, and his medical degree from LSU School of Medicine in New Orleans. Dr. Ramagos went on to complete his residency at LSU Health Sciences Center, Lafayette, training in family medicine. he joined Arbor Family Health as medical director in 2017 and primarily sees patients at our North Medical Complex.
Dr. Ramagos is a member of the American Academy of Family Medicine and board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. As a family medicine physician, he provides continuing and comprehensive medical care, health maintenance and preventative services to every member of the family regardless of gender, age, or type of problem, be it biological, behavioral, or social.
In his free time, Dr. Ramagos enjoys playing guitar, hunting, and fishing. He also spends as much time as possible with his wife, Blair, and two girls, Lindley and Lyla.
